SSMB-Pfizer “Connect with Industry” Workshop
We are pleased to inform that Singapore Society for Microbiology and Biotechnology (SSMB) is co-hosting with Pfizer Singapore a sharing session on career and industry experience. Please use the above QR code to register for the workshop.
One of the speaker, Mr. Peter Ong, graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. He obtained the Singapore General Hospital (SGH) Mid-Term Scholarship during his second year of undergraduate studies. After graduation, he completed his pre-registration training at SGH during which he was rotated to different departments including inpatient, outpatient, drug information as well as a short stint at the National Cancer Centre Singapore. He continued practicing at SGH for several years as a registered pharmacist. Currently, he is working in Medical Affairs for Pfizer Singapore and has been in the role for more than 3 years.
