6th Congress of The Federation of Immunological Societies of Asia Oceania (“FIMSA2015”)

The 6th Congress of The Federation of Immunological Societies of Asia Oceania (“FIMSA2015”) will be held from 30th June – 3rd July 2015, at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore.

The congress will not only be a wonderful meeting point for the biomedical/clinician scientists of the Asia-Pacific region Immunology societies, it will also allow all professionals with interest for Immunology to exchange ideas and share experiences in research and clinical practice.

12th Asian Congress on Biotechnology (ACB 2015)

The Asian Congress on Biotechnology 2015 (ACB2015) will be held in Kuala Lumpur, capital city of Malaysia. AFOB Malaysia Chapter and Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) are organising ABC2015 in collaboration with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM), University of Malaya (UM), Kyushu Institute of Technology, Japan (Kyutech) and Kyushu University, Japan. This international congress themed, “Biotechnology and Bioeconomy for Sustainable Future”, aims to provide a platform for scientists, academia and industry to present their current research findings in various biotechnological fields. 6th AFOB Regional Symposium (ARS 2015)

[About ARS]

The 6th AFOB Regional Symposium 2015 (ARS 2015) is an anual event of Asian Federation of Biotechnology (AFOB). This time the ARS 2015 will be conducted in coordination with The Indonesia Biotechnology Consortium (KBI, Konsorsium Bioteknologi Indonesia). KBI has been a partner of AFOB in Indonesia.

The ARS 2015 will be held on May 27-30th, 2015, in Universitas Indonesia, the first university established in Indonesia (1849).

The theme of this event is “Biotechnology for Food, Health and Energy Sovereignty”. ARS 2015 is aimed to present researches from Asian countries carried out in the broad area of biotechnology for securing food, health care and energy, thus providing the sovereignty of these countries.

The event is also expected to promote innovations in the realm of both research and industrial application of biotechnology to develop food, health and energy sovereignty.

As in the previous events of ARS, participants from China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam gather in this scientific, yet warm activities. Moreover, many also come from Australia, Germany, Netherland, New Zealand, UK and USA.

They are expected to deliver the cutting edge in research along with leading products in various fields of Biotechnology. So, we are expecting you to come to Universitas Indonesia, Depok city, just one hour drive from Soekarno-Hatta international airport to the south.

Let us exchange new ideas and experiences in order to sustain our world through biotechnology!
